2-Tebma Tawan inculded 4 Shakha (Forms):1-Fopee 2-Fopdoo 3-Fopsoo 4-Fopcha.

 Tebma Martial Arts are 4 systems for competition: 1-Narama is semi professional competition for  male.

 2-Nardma is professional competition for male.

3-Narsma is light competition for female. 4-Fak is techniques competition for male and female.

All self defences are in tebma martial arts.
